Jim Brown Appears on Nashville's "News 2" in Support of Struggling Musicians During COVID-19 Pandemic

(Nashville, Tenn. – May 1, 2020) – Jim recently paid a visit to News 2 on WKRN, the Nashville ABC affiliate, to discuss the recent impact of the COVID-19 crisis on local musicians and the area music scene.

Brown caught the attention with his recent posting of an acoustic version of the classic “American Pie” by Don McLean; he chose the song as a way to remind the public of the role music and local musician play on the culture of Nashville and to raise awareness of the plight that confronts so many of the opportunities to perform have closed as a result of the recent health crisis.
